Meet Our Staff
We want you to feel comfortable not only with our services, but with us as well.  Here's a great place to get to know us, even if you're calling us for the first time you will at least have a face to go along with the voice on the other end of the phone line.
Jack Srebnik - President
Jack is the President and founder of Software and Systems. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut. He is a past president of the Branford Rotary Club and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Branford Rotary Foundation. Jack lives in Guilford with his wife Linda. When all of our clients’ systems are up and running, he can be spotted on the tennis courts or playing jazz guitar at a number of venues in and around New Haven.
Joe Locke Jr - Sr. Consultant
Joe joined Jack at Software and Systems in 2003.  With over 15 years of IT experience his accumulated knowledge base is expansive.  Joe lives with his wife Kelly in Branford and enjoys getting away into the woods on his mountain bike when he's not helping Software and Systems clientele.
Shaun DeRosa - Consultant
Shaun joined the team in early 2012.  He holds a B.S. in Network Security and is currently pursuing his M.S. in Information Science with an advanced certificate in Healthcare Informatics at Drexel University.  He lives with his wife, two children; Addison 5 and Jack 1, and "lunatic" Australian Shepherd in Cheshire.  When all is well with Software and Systems clients, there are always dance recitals, play dates and tea parties to take up the spare time.
Mike Abel - Account Executive

 Mike holds a B.S. degree in Health Service Administration from Quinnipiac University. He has over 20 plus years of sales and marketing experience in the IT industry. Mike lives with his wife Addy in Milford and enjoys playing golf and softball in his leisure time.

 
Jake Mahon - Sales

Coming aboard early in 2013, Jake is latest member to join the team.  A Hartwick College graduate, Jake holds a BA in economics. Pleased to provide distressed clients with solutions to their IT problems and offer a more efficient and productive future, Jake is happy to begin his sales career with Software and Systems. While not dreaming of the next Software and Systems frontier, Jake enjoys coaching lacrosse, and spending time with his dog, “Spike,” at the beach in his hometown, Guilford.
